What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, motivated individuals who want to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Team players who show up on time, work hard, and help others
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or related trades preferred (not required)
- Dependable transportation and availability Monday–Friday, full-time
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction and improve daily

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and creative Estimator to help bring beautiful outdoor spaces to life. If you have a passion for landscapes, a knack for numbers, and the ability to turn design concepts into accurate cost estimates — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Review and interpret landscape designs, blueprints, and specifications
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients
- Source pricing and work with vendors for best value
- Ensure estimates are competitive, profitable, and delivered on-time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscape construction/design estimating (preferred)
- Strong understanding of horticulture, hardscapes, and outdoor construction
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
